Join us for this free Seasons for Growth Adult Program seminar to explore how change is a natural and ongoing part of life. Whether you are experiencing change yourself or supporting someone else, this session provides practical strategies, reassurance and opportunities to connect with others.
Through guided discussion and practical activities, participants will build skills to better understand change, strengthen resilience, and support themselves and others through life’s transitions.
What You Will Learn:
Participants will have the opportunity to:
- Explore how people respond differently to change and transition.
- Recognise that a wide range of reactions to change is normal.
- Discover practical ways to adapt to new situations.
- Strengthen communication, decision making and problem-solving skills.
- Connect with others experiencing similar life changes.

This seminar is suitable for any adult who is experiencing or supporting others through changes in life, such as:
