Using school apps, emails, and websites can sometimes feel confusing. This workshop will help you build simple, everyday digital skills so you can stay connected with your child’s school and learning.

- Using the Parent Portal: Learn how to check updates, photos, make payments, and book activities.
- Communicating with your child’s school: Learn how to read and respond to emails, newsletters, and text messages from school.
- Finding reliable information online: Learn how to use the Education Directorate website for enrolments and school information.
- Support with common challenges: Talk about things like limited devices or low confidence, and find simple solutions.
- Useful resources & information packs for in-person attendees
- Enjoy refreshments & a relaxed chat with presenters after the session
